Sometimes you are almost powerless!

Imagine you are trying to sell a property that until recently was — let’s put it politely — “unfavorably furnished or lived in.” The 20 crates of beer from the last party were never returned, the 37 pewter mugs with matching plates are still hanging on the wall, and the 45-year-old “rustic oak” wall unit dominates the living room. Altogether, this unfortunately has a very negative impact on the sales process. After all, photos are what spark the very first interest.

As an agent or seller, you may now find yourself facing what seems like an almost impossible task. Even if you hire a professional photographer, it will hardly change the overall impression of the property. This is where digital staging or digital renovation can make a decisive difference.

Selected images are redesigned according to your choice in three different interior styles, significantly increasing their appeal and generating much more interest. Because ultimately, what do you want as a seller? Maximum interest — and therefore more viewings. Quite simply: the more viewings take place, the greater the likelihood that one of the interested parties will eventually sit down with a notary.

If no one schedules a viewing, no one will buy. The very first contact is generated almost exclusively through the photos. Without strong images, very little happens — and certainly not at the best possible price.
