Around 800–900 properties are photographed by us each year, forming the starting point for their marketing. More or less all well-known real estate agencies in Munich work with us regularly. A strong property photograph marks the beginning of a potential buyer’s interest. This initial contact on a real estate portal must not be carelessly neglected or underestimated. Likewise, the rather poor impression created when an agent takes their own photos should not be overlooked.
My field of work as an architectural and real estate photographer is the greater Munich area. If you require a real estate or architectural photographer, I am your partner. With my own remote-controlled camera drone, I can also offer affordable aerial photography. Aerial images for hotels and real estate are created using drones and elevated mast systems. Whether hotel photography or images for a fitness studio – we organize your shoot from start to finish: from casting models, selecting and sourcing suitable locations, to commissioning stylists and makeup artists.
I have been self-employed as a photographer in Munich since 1998. Before starting my own business, I worked as a sports and press photographer for various agencies. You can book me as a specialist in real estate photography, advertising photography, and architectural photography. As a rule, every shoot is preceded by a detailed briefing. Clear communication and clarification of your wishes are essential to achieving the desired results. While good cameras today allow many people to produce reasonably usable photos, years of experience working with people in front of the camera cannot be replaced—even by the best DSLR.
For some time now, I have also been active in video and film production for real estate. Moving images are becoming increasingly important in property marketing, which is why we have continued to invest in this area. Full HD films in top quality, featuring emotional editing and music, can be produced quickly and cost-effectively. Naturally, a drone is used in all film productions. In my view, films without drone footage are no longer up to date. Only camera drones make it possible to create stunning floating sequences and aerial views of properties affordably. The drone has completely revolutionized film production today.
