Who doesn’t know the situation? Everything is prepared, the owner has been informed, the final renovation work has been completed — and at last, the new photos are scheduled to be taken. And of all days, the weather refuses to cooperate…
This is where the computer comes into play. After detailed consultation with the client, I optimize the images to the fullest extent possible. Even on a rainy day, a surprising amount can still be achieved. The examples shown above merely indicate the possible extent of image post-production. I am your photographer for real estate and architecture in Munich and the surrounding area. We use drones for aerial photography and aerial imagery. Today, I cannot imagine producing films or videos for real estate and architecture without the use of a drone.
